Back in the day, you had three continues and then you started over. Now games save for you automatically and respawn you immediately. Whatever happened to dying in video games?
Mad Max has amazing graphics, addictive gameplay, and one gamebreaking glitch that grinds the whole thing to a halt. This kind of crap is unacceptable in 2015.
